Two questions I'm asked quite often are what is an eBook and why would you want to publish
that way instead of print?

Both questions are logical and yet I'm surprised by them.  I deliberately pursued eBook publication
in addition to print because I believe we are living in an information/technology age. Quite
honestly, eBooks fit the times we live in. Being an avid reader, I look for specific things when
shopping for books.  Such as, instant gratification, huge selection, cheaper price, ease of purchase
and environmental friendliness.

Quite simply, eBooks meet all of these requirements. I can purchase an eBook 24/7 without
leaving my home. They are available in every length from short stories to epic tomes. I can carry
several books around with me, loaded into my reader and it doesn't weigh any more than it did to
start with. If my eyes are tired I can adjust the print size or read in a semi-dark room thanks to the
back light. I can take my eBooks anywhere I can take a print book. They don't take up space
which is already at a premium in my home, or in my luggage when traveling, and they are less
expensive to purchase.

In short, ebooks fit my lifestyle and I'll bet they fit yours.
